Projection Mapping Animation

This was the 2nd year I was involved in a really fun projection mapping project on the castle wall for Westquay Shopping Centre.  I contributed to developing dynamic visuals that would interact seamlessly with the architecture of the castle. The castle wall itself posed a significant challenge, with its uneven surface and intricate textures making precise projection difficult. Despite these challenges, I managed to deliver some dynamic visuals centred around some classical theatrical productions from Wicked and Flashdance, to Shrek and Frozen. 

To ensure the visual style aligned with the overall aesthetic vision of the eventI collaborated with the dance choreography team to synchronize the projections with the performers' movements, creating an immersive experience. I also liaised with the special effects, lighting, and pyrotechnic teams to ensure the visuals complemented their work, blending technology and performance in a stunning, cohesive display.
